So – what’s the point of spirituality? What is it anyway? There is so much that ties us to the material world – to the daily grind – to making a living – When you have to sell enough of yourself to pay the rent, buy the groceries, cover the light bill – how do you stop short of selling your soul?
Where does spirituality come in? Where do you want spirituality to take you? To freedom?
As we travel through the confusion and chaos on our path during this time of blundering stupidity, arrogance, and an unfounded sense of cultural superiority – how do you find spirituality? How do you find freedom?
What is freedom? For the material chains to fall away, for us to be possessed only by that sense of what we are, to be buoyed by our very existence, our perception of who we are and our position in the vast infinity? A rightful sense of place?
The chains of the past and the future are broken in only one place – the ever proceeding present moment – the eternal is – the moment you’re in – and then, having cast aside the chains, we can fly with the wind!
